If there is a mistake within the pre-filled data, please contact your Financial Institution to make corrections.
If you haven't yet gotten to the DocuSign process, you may withdraw your application and resubmit it. Click "Withdraw" on the "All Requests" page or on the Summary tab within your application.
If the withdraw option is not available on the "All Requests" screen you must contact your Financial Institution to make corrections.
If you are on the DocuSign screen and haven't yet submitted your electronic signature, choose "Decline to Sign" under the "Other Actions" dropdown on the top right-hand corner. After waiting a few moments, your application should be editable again. After making necessary corrections you will be able to re-sign.
Once you've electronically signed your DocuSign document, you must either contact your lender or call us at 877-552-2692.
